Im Jahr 2000 unternahm eine gemeinnutzige Bauvereinigung in Wien den Versuch eines inter-ethnischen Wohnmodells. Schon im Vorfeld wurden als tragende integrative Manahmen die Qualitat der Architektur und eine sozial kompetente Hausbetreuung identifiziert. Wie eine Evaluation 2003 zeigte, gluckte der Versuch. Das Buch prasentiert eine neuerliche Analyse dieses Wohnmodells aus dem Jahr 2016 sowie eine umfassende Studie uber das Zusammenleben in seit 2000 entstandenen Wohnanlagen von Joachim Brech und Heidrun Feigelfeld. Beitrage von Herbert Ludl, August Gachter, Margrit Hugentobler/Marie Glaser (CH), Wolfgang Forster und Walter Weiland erweitern das thematische Spektrum | |
